The project of a small, one-story house with a usable area of ​​up to 70 m2. A building with an economical flat roof. The simple modern shape of the building makes it cheap to build and at the same time has an impressive modern character. From the living room, a large window was designed with access to the terrace, which, thanks to the retraction of the wall, was partially closed. The functional program of the house includes: a living room with an open kitchen, two rooms and additional premises: a bathroom, a pantry and a separate utility room.
