The project is a small economical project that contains everything that is important for a 2 + 1 family in its small usable area. This project can be safely classified as a project that is cheap to build and use. The first floor is characterized by a functional layout of the premises and a clear division into zones. In the right part of the main hall there is a daily zone. This is an open space that includes a kitchen with a dining area and a living room. On the opposite side are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Access to the boiler room is planned from the vestibule and from the outside. In the hall there is a place for a staircase leading to the attic topped with a gable roof.
